Grievance Redress Mechanism Performance Reporting

GRM Performance Update: January to March 2026

During this reporting period, one grievance was formally submitted through the project’s GRM and one was brought forward from last year.

At present, the previously outstanding grievance has been resolved and officially closed. While a response to the new grievance is under preparation and review. The PIU looks forward to a timely resolution of the pending matter.

All persons affected by the project are encouraged to utilize the GRM to submit grievances. The PIU remains committed to addressing community concerns in a timely and transparent manner, ensuring that all submission are appropriately reviewed and resolved as the project progresses. Grievances may be recorded via the RESDP’s Google Form (https://forms.gle/GMVWNrRefZGbdxfa) and and through the multiple uptake channels outlined below.
