Grievance Redress Mechanism Performance Reporting

GRM Performance Update: April to June 2026

During this reporting period, four grievances were formally submitted through the project’s GRM. All grievances were resolved and officially closed.

At present, the project’s GRM has recorded a cumulative number of twenty-seven grievances since commencing operation in July 2023.

All persons affected by the project are encouraged to utilize the GRM to submit grievances. The PIU remains committed to addressing community concerns in a timely and transparent manner, ensuring that all submissions are appropriately reviewed and resolved as the project progresses. Grievances may be recorded via the RESDP’s Google Form (https://forms.gle/4fdqRHz5UoJ4eiu26) and through the multiple uptake channels outlined below.
