GRM Performance Update: October to December 2025

During this reporting period, two grievances were reported using the project’s GRM. By the end of December, one complaint had been closed, and the second grievant’s complaint had been formally acknowledged. Because of the complexity of the second matter, it was referred to the Attorney General’s Chambers. The PIU awaits the Chamber’s response.

All persons affected by the project’s activities are encouraged to utilize the GRM to submit grievances. The PIU remains committed to addressing community concerns in a timely and transparent manner, ensuring that all submissions are appropriately reviewed and resolved as the project progresses. Grievances may be recorded via the RESDP’s Google Form (https://forms.gle/GMVWNrRefZGbdxfa) and through the multiple uptake channels outlined below.
